1.3 Enterprise User Administrator:Refers to the individual designated by the enterprise user who has the operating authority of the enterprise user management background system; the enterprise user administrator can be one or more people.

2.3 Service optimization and security
In order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, ensure the security of your use of our products, and improve and optimize your service experience, we will collect your device model, system version, AndroidID, network type, IP address, APP crash records, traffic statistics, audio and video quality data (volume and video and audio packet loss rate, audio and video quality data do not involve your call content).
2.4 Conference function
To make it easier for meeting creators to view meeting-related information, we collect meeting start and end times, meeting subject, meeting ID, and attendee participation and exit times.
2.5 Recording function
In order to facilitate you to record and save relevant meeting records, when you use the VideoPro recording function, we will collect your relevant audio and video information for processing. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to use the meeting recording function. When you are a participant of the recorded meeting, you will receive a recording reminder. If you do not agree to record your voice or picture, you can choose to exit the meeting. When you use the local recording function, the recording information will be saved in your device. When you use the cloud recording function, the recording information will be saved in the cloud storage space under the meeting creator's account.
2.6 Voting
In order to facilitate the meeting creator to organize the meeting, the nickname and voting status of the voting personnel are collected through the VideoPro client. When you set up non-anonymous voting in a meeting, we will record the nickname and voting status of the relevant voting personnel, which can only be viewed by the meeting host. In the case of an anonymous vote, the voter's nickname will not be visible to the moderator. Voting records will be saved as information for that meeting, and only the meeting creator will be able to view it after the meeting is over.
2.7 Set virtual background
Customize the meeting background for users to avoid privacy leakage, and upload background image information by users.

In order to provide you with the services you choose to use, or to ensure the quality and experience of services, we need your authorization to open relevant system permissions
Please note that if you open any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. (2)Audio and video function: When you use the audio and video conference function, you need to enable the camera permission and microphone permission. At the same time, please know that in order to improve the quality of your communication in the conference, we will optimize the audio and video in your terminal equipment to ensure the best audio and video communication effect.
If you do not enable the corresponding permissions, you will not be able to use the audio and video conference function.
(3)Network permissions: In order to help you optimize your own network and select the optimal network to access the conference, when users use VideoPro to enter the conference, they need to apply for the permission to access the local network.

2.9 Please understand and know that in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we will collect and use your personal information in the following situations without asking for your consent:
